Terms of Service

Porta is currently in beta. These terms are a draft written to genuinely reflect the app as it exists today — have them reviewed by counsel before wider release.

The beta

Porta is an invite-based beta available on iOS and Android through TestFlight/beta channels. Features, availability, and stability may change without notice, and we may reset or remove data during the beta period. We'll do our best to give notice before anything destructive.

Your account

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be old enough to use Porta under the laws of your country to create an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the trips, photos, itineraries, and messages you post. By posting public content (a public trip, Vision Board, or Explore post), you give Porta a license to display it to other users within the app. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the rights to.
Don't harass, impersonate, or abuse other users.
Don't attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the AI Trip Studio outside normal planning use.
Don't use Porta for anything illegal.

We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated suggestions

Trip Studio suggestions are generated with AI assistance and checked against real-world places data where possible, but they can still be wrong — prices, hours, and availability change. Always confirm details (especially bookings, prices, and hours) before you rely on them.

No warranty

Porta is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves out of beta. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
